Desde el himno revolucionario cantado a coro en el taller; desde el gesto de ira y bofetada, desde el manifiesto y la discusión, el hacha o la tea; todo cuanto se relacione con la propaganda del Ideal, con la liberación de la esclavitud, con el enjuiciamiento de este inconcebible estado de cosas, todo lo que sea propaganda es útil, es tiempo aprovechado, es realización, es Futuro.
El que va solo por la calle, camino del taller, silbando LA INTERNACIONAL hace propaganda, del mismo modo que la hace el que, aparentemente distraído, muestra a los demás el titulo rebelde del periódico que va leyendo en el tranvía.
La propaganda esta en el patio del concentillo y en la kermese de los explotadores. En el cantar de la mujer obrera que arrulla al niño o suda el mendrugo al lado mismo de las poleas; hasta en la corbatita roja de los mas entusiastas, hasta en el clavel de sangre de los días de fiesta!...
No, no debemos circunscribir la propaganda a un sistema determinado, sino a todos los sistemas, a todas las horas a todos los días. Así solamente se vive la vida del Ideal, así se apresura a cada instante el advenimiento de la vida mejor que pronto, talvez muy pronto hará de la tierra un paraíso y de las razas una familia de seres útiles como sanos, trabajadores como libres!

He who goes alone through the street, coming back from the factory, whistling THE INTERNATIONAL is making propaganda, in the same way as it's done by he who, apparently distracted, shows everyone the rebellious title on the newspaper he reads while riding the tram.
The propaganda is found in the patio of the spoiled brat and in the charity fair of the exploiters. In the singing of the working woman that lulls her boy or sweats for bread while she works the pulleys; even in the small bow tie of the most enthusiastic, even in the blood carnations on the days of leisure!...
No, we shouldn't confine the propaganda to a determined system, but to every system, to every hour every day. That is the only way to live the life of the Ideal, to rush every instant the coming of the better life that soon, maybe very soon will make a paradise of the earth and will make out of races a family made up of productive and sane beings, of free working men!
