Organización y Acción
La constatación de la existencia de clases sus distancias y diferencias económicas; has legislaciones civiles y penales que sancionan aquellas diferencias sociales; el funcionamiento del sistema capitalista en la forma de producción y de cambio con el monopolio de lose instrumentos de trabajo, todo, en fin. Lo que en la sociedad actual es signo de inferioridad del punto de vista material, debe ser asunto de preferente atención y estudio por arte del asalariado organizado.
A mayor dosis de conocimiento corresponderá una mayoría fuerza de acción en la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos. El estudio, pues, de los fenómenos sociales, es indispensable para aplicación de la acción que su conocimiento desarrolla.
La organización de la clase productora corresponde exactamente a la postergación que esa clase mirra indispensable - sufre de las clases privilegiadas.
En cierto modo, la organización proletaria es creada por la misma forma de producción capitalista. en cuanto a su finalidad misma, esto es, la extinción del asalariado. la terminación del monopolio y las desigualdades economices, es hija dl conocimiento que los de clase que unos pocos usufructúan con grave detrimento de los intereses de la mayoría.
Pero a la organización no puede su ponersela creada para un fin único,determinado, sino que como nacida de las necesidades populares es a la vez un arma de guerra que esgrime diariamente contra el patronato, que va destruyendo lenta pero eficazmente, los torreones en que se guarece el capitalismo. Y también el merino de la sociedad futura en que los productores, organizados, resolverán en el sindicato las mejores y mas científicas formas de producir mas gaste mínimo de energías productoras.

Organization and Action
The establishment of the existence of social classes, their economic distances and differences; the civil and penal legislations that sanction those social differences; the functioning of the capitalist system in the form of production and change with the monopoly of the work instruments, everything, in the end. What is seen as symbols of inferiority in today's society from the material point of view, must be a business of preferred attention and study by art of the organized employees.
To a higher dose of knowledge corresponds a major strength of action in the application of acquired knowledge. The study of social phenomena is indispensable for the application of action that its knowledge develops.
The organization of the working class corresponds exactly to the postergation which that unique, indispensable class suffers from the privileged classes.
In a way, the proletarian organization is created by the very own capitalist production, but regarding its purpose alone, this is, the extinction of the employee, the end of the monopoly and the economic inequalities, is the daughter of knowledge, is the product of the knowledge that the producers have reached about the irritating privileges of a class that only a few usufruct with grave detriment from the interests of the majority.
But you can't suppose this organization was created for a sole, determined purpose, but rather, as born from popular necessity, it is at the same time a war weapon that fights daily against the patronage, that is destroying, slowly but efectively, the pilars on which capitalism is established. And also, the start of the future society in which the producers, organized, will resolve in the syndicate, the best and most scientific ways of producing more and better in the least possible amount of time, and with a minimal use of producing energies.
