Se publicó desde abril de 1897 hasta 1901. Fue dirigida por Fortunato Serantoni, publicando artículos de William Morris, Eliseo Reclús, S, Faure, Malatesta, J. Grave, C. Malato, Altair, J. Molina y Vedia. F. Basterra, J. Creaghe, Miguel de Unamuno, etc. Entre las diferentes y abundantes temáticas tratadas solo resaltaremos la edición de las clases dictadas por Pedro Gori en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. La redacción se ubicaba en la calle Corrientes 2041.

This was published from April 1897 until 1901. It was directed by Fortunato Serantoni, with articles by William Morris, Eliseo Reclus, S, Faure, Malatesta, J. Grave, C. Malato, Altair, J. Molina y Vedia. F. Basterra, J. Creaghe, Miguel de Unamuno, etc. Between the differences and abundant themes, it resulted in the edition dealing with class issues, by Pedro Gori, a professor at the University of Argentina in Buenos Aires. The writing is now located in the street Corrientes 2041.
