GALERIA DE REVOLUCIONARIOS
Luisa Michel

¡Buen y brava luchadora, á quien tanto debemos!

EL CERDO

¡Oh, fraile, bravo cerdo, amo y señor…

Gallery of Revolutionaries
Luisa Michel

It was an intense, fruitful life, openly human. It can be said she led a double life, that she lived twice. She gave herself fully to the life of the ideal like roses are given to the sun. The Red Virgin is a piece of marble of what is to come. By her work of thinker, for her convinced action, for her clairvoyance. She thought and she acted. She thought much, and she did more, as this corresponds to her musculature of strong woman. A good and proud fighter, to whom we owe so much!

THE PIG

Oh, friar, brave pig, master and gentleman… What do you say
to that needy person who suffers and sobs,
and eats its four crusts in the hut
while you reward yourself with chickens and partridges!

Good nectar of the chalice, that you drink and bless
in front of the God of wood and the stoneware virgin,
and it was cheaper drunk with the girl,
anyone of the so many you have made prostitutes! ...

Master and gentleman. Oh, pig of chasuble ermine!
that you darken the small blonde head of the child,
And make the man a defendant of lies and swoons,

Before the light that radiates and the truth that chases
you, that you have placed a needle of steel in each tower,
Because you do not fortify the Faith by blocking the light!..
