The Congress did not declare trade union societies as anarchic, or its associated workers as anarchists. To suggest that there be anarchist propaganda is not labeling the workers as anarchists.

Yes, freedom of thought, with Syndicalism, but not the absence of Ideal, with the Worker's Federation!

We should organize ourselves to be strong just for being that, to raise the number, to improve, is something like gaining weight through excercise and nurturing, to live calmly...
